AsianFlyerTours.com - The following general terms and conditions apply however regional circumstances and regulations, contractual obligations to suppliers, and matters relating to location, product type and supply logistics may cause these to be varied slightly for specific products, or specific destinations.

Service Terms and Conditions

This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which Asian Flyer Tours provides the information on this Website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site. By making use of this site, you shall be presumed to have agreed to the terms and conditions we have outlined below. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, you are requested not to use or access this site any further.

Booking Cancellations & Cancellation Fees:

If a booking cancellation is received by AFT, prior to the final payment date of your vacation, your non-refundable land deposit and Travel Protection payments will be retained in addition to your Flex-Air deposit, Instant Purchase Air payment and service fee, and/or Intra-vacation air deposit. For individual reservations, the following per person cancellation fees apply.

Rates and Price Variations:

We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Booking

Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure / itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions', Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.

For confirming bookings you will have to pay 50% of the total amount in advance. Payment of remaining 50% of the amount should be made 10 days before the start of the tour.

Final Payment:

Final payment must be paid immediately when requested prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received in our office. Final payment conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary, these are shown on the individual pages. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. Please note the final payment may vary from the original booking price or quote if the product is subject to exchange rate fluctuations or price rises by wholesalers or other suppliers.

Card Fees:

Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts: 3.5 % - MasterCard, 3.5% - Visa. 3.5% - American Express.

Standard Cancellation Policy

All Bookings cancelled inside 60 days prior to travel are non-refundable.

  • Before 60 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 80% amount will be refundable of Total Package Cost
  • Before 59 to 40 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 50% amount will be refundable of Total Package Cost
  • Before 39 to 25 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 25% amount will be refundable of Total Package Cost
  • Before 24 to 15 Days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 15% amount will be refundable of Total Package Cost
  • Less than 15 days of your travel date if you cancel your trip then 100% Charge will be applicable (There is No refund)

Validity of Rates:

Prices are valid for the dates indicated. Rates are changed with out any prior notice.

Check In / Check Out Times:

These vary according to operator. Generally your accommodation check in is 2pm and check out 10am. Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorization on check-in and may need to see photo identification. In the instance that you don't have a credit card usually a cash bond will be required.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Prices DO Include: Accommodation, transfers, tours, car hire, government taxes and any other inclusions as specified in writing on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product.

Prices DO NOT Include: Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, Flights, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in costs on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY: The user hereby consents, expresses and agrees that they have read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of the Company contained in the Company websites and hereby consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to them.

Insurance: It is mandatory that you purchase an Overseas Medical and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life, limb and property whilst on tour for the duration of the trip.

Please note: that the tour cost does not include the insurance premium and that you shall have to acquire the same at your cost.

Refund: In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 3 - 5 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

REJECTION OF AUTHENTICATION AND AUTHORIZATION - ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM

You understand that the Payment System Providers and/or Card Association and/or your issuing bank may reject authentication and/or authorization of transaction placed by you for any reason including but not limited to insufficient funds, incorrect authentication details provided, expired card/bank account, risk management, suspicion of fraudulent, illegal or doubtful transactions, selling of banned items, use of compromised cards or bank account numbers, use of banned/blacklisted cards or bank account numbers, use of suspicious API or in accordance with the RBI, Acquiring Banks, Issuing Institution and/or Card Association rules, guidelines, regulations, etc. and any other laws, rules, regulations, guidelines in force in India.

You further acknowledge that as a security measure we and/or the Payment System Providers may at our sole discretion, permanently or temporarily, block any card number, account numbers, group of cards or transactions from any specific blocked or blacklisted cards /, accounts, specific, group of IP addresses, devices, geographic locations and / or any such risk mitigation measures it wishes to undertake.

As a risk management tool, we and/or the Payment System Providers reserve the right to limit or restrict transaction size, amount and/or monthly volume at any time. We will consider a variety of factors in making a decision and such determination will be at our sole discretion.

TERMINATION

Asian Flyer Tours may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or for your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Asian Flyer Tours and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Asian Flyer Tours and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.
